Who operates this site

Site delivery

Cloudflare delivers and protects this site. When you request a page, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as your IP address, requested URL, time of request, and browser or security information to provide delivery and security services. Its processing and retention are described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

P/Labs does not use this request data for advertising, visitor profiling, or audience analytics. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies when the Cloudflare features configured for this site require them.

Background Remover

The image you select and the generated cutout are processed in your browser. P/Labs does not upload them to its servers or to an image-processing service.

To prepare the tool, your browser downloads model and runtime files from Hugging Face and its delivery infrastructure when those files are not already available locally. That request can disclose ordinary technical information, such as your IP address and browser or request details, to those providers. See the Hugging Face Privacy Policy.

Mermaid Viewer

Diagram source and rendered diagrams stay in your browser. The latest source is stored locally so it can be restored on your next visit. P/Labs does not receive, upload, or remotely store it.

Storage on your device

The site uses browser storage for the following:

• Your light or dark theme preference.
• The latest Mermaid source entered in the viewer.
• The Background Remover model cache on supported non-mobile browsers.

These items are kept by the browser and may be replaced, cleared, or evicted by the browser or when you clear site data. P/Labs code does not set cookies for analytics or advertising. This notice will be updated if that changes.

EU and EEA visitors

Where the GDPR applies, P/Labs processes the technical request data needed to deliver and secure the site on the basis of its legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure public website. Cloudflare delivers the site, and Hugging Face delivers Background Remover model files when needed. Those providers may process data outside your country; see their privacy notices for transfer and retention information.

United States visitors

P/Labs does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not sell or share it for that purpose. P/Labs does not use tool content to infer characteristics about you. Because P/Labs does not engage in those activities, Global Privacy Control and “Do Not Track” signals do not change P/Labs’ behavior.

Children

This is a general-audience site and is not directed to children under 13. P/Labs does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

Material changes will be published on this page with a new effective date. The policy will be updated when the tools or their data flows change.
